Storebrand Divests to Consortium

Norway — Storebrand Eiendomsfond divests a property to Telemark Logistikkbygg AS, a consortium set up by Castelar Corporate Finance.

The property is located on Gunner Knudsens vej 90 and has been the warehouse of Expert. Expert’s lease is up on December 31st 2017, and will then become Skeidar’s new warehouse for the southern region.

SPG Corporate Finance has conveyed the property.
