Eva Nygren, most recently from Telge Bostäder, has been elected new CEO at Stockholmshem, who’s portfolio encompasses approximately 25,000 residences and 3,000 facilities.

She succeeds Ingela Lindh, who is CEO at Stockholms Stadshus, that owns the housing companies in Stockholm.

Anette Sand, most recently from Fastighets AB Förvaltaren in Sundbyberg, is the new CEO at Familjebostäder in Stockholm.

She succeeds Magdalena Bosson, who is now Deputy County Governor of the County Administrative Board of Stockholm.
