The acquisition encompasses school properties in Stockholm (Ugglemossen 40), Solna (Sveden 1) and Sollentuna (Svarven 4 and 5) and a property with health and social care in Sollentuna (Exemplet 2).
 
“Utvecklingspedagogik Sverige is the largest tenant and runs education and care activities in four of the five properties. In the long run we might also co-develop this stock with the tenant, if they see an increased need in their business,” says Markus Pfister, Property Manager of Social Properties and Offices.
 
Skandia Fastigheter takes possession of their acquisition on October 2nd.
