The property, with the address Arbins gate 2 and Kropnsprinsens gate 3, encompasses 4,500 square meters and is located in central Oslo. UD is the largest tenant and the divestment is made by Sabinum.
 
Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital has been the seller’s advisor in the process. Simonsen Vogt Wiig has been the seller’s legal advisor, while Arntzen De Besche represented the buyer.
