The project encompasses the Archimedes 1 property in Ulvsunda, between Bromma Blocks and Bällstaviken, and consists of three existing buildings and undeveloped land.
 
Two of the buildings were constructed in the early 1900’s and are meant for offices, industry and warehouse facilities. The third building was constructed in 1979 and is used for offices, industry and warehouse facilities.
 
The leasable area is currently 18,202 square meters. The plot size is 13,663 square meters. The detail plan for Archimedes 1 is from 1980 and allows use for industry and offices. Alm Equity has together with Stockholm City run a detail plan concerning the development of Archimedes 1 to mainly include housing.
 
The city is positive towards an approximate 38,600 square meters habitable gross area of housing, facilities and garage in the property. The new detail plan for accommodation is planned to adopted during the summer of 2018.
