The acquisition regard the Hantverken 10 and 13 properties as well as the Tonfisken 8 property. The buildings are fully leased and encompass a leasable area of 7,800 sqm divided among offices, warehouse and production. Vincero also acquired the Teltex AB company with 16 employees.
“Through these acquisitions Vincero gains an increased control and flexibility in an area where we are already the majority property owner. It gives us, together with Huddinge municipality, better prerequisites to run a long-term and optimal development,” says Robin Rutili, CEO at Vincero.
Storängen’s industry area is undergoing a makeover to become a new, lively district with more than 3,000 new apartments. Construction of the first stage with 650 apartments has been finished and the planning of upcoming stages are underway.
Vincero Makes New Huddinge Acquisition

Vincero Fastigheter has acquired three strategically significant properties in Storängen’s industry area adjacent to Huddinge city center. After the acquisition Vincero owns 50,000 sqm land and 27,000 sqm leasable area divided among 15 properties in the area.
