Agora Divests in Three Cities

Sweden — Agora has signed an agreement for the sale of two properties in Tranås, a property in Trollhättan and a property in Nässjö. The sales are made at an underlying property value totaling MSEK 250.

In Nässjö, the 4,500 sqm Fenix Gallerian is sold to KTI Fastigheter.

The properties in Tranås and Trollhättan are sold to EHF Holding, a subsidary to Erik Hemberg Fastighets AB. The properties in Tranås have a lettable area of 18,000 sqm while the property in Trollhättan has a lettable area of 16,500 sqm.
