The Ivar Tollefsen- and Tollef Svenkerud-owned company Fredensborg Bolig has signed an agreement for the purchase of another development site, this time next to the Vollebekk subway station.

"The existing commercial building houses the car business of Thrane-Steen, but in the long term, Fredensborg Bolig sees that the site can be built with around 200 homes. Transformation is natural in the extension of other housing projects in the area," says Tollef Svenkerud.
