”We are always sad to lose talented team members. Having said that, we must of course respect Christian’s decision to accept a top position with one of the biggest property companies in northern Europe, and one of our good clients, in fact. When he first joined us, he was still a student. I am truly delighted that at the age of 32, because of his outstanding talent, but also the opportunities that we have given him, he has become eligible for such a position. We have for many years committed resources to the recruitment of young talents. Regrettably, we are not able to retain them all. We are always sad to say goodbye to talented staff, but at least it is some comfort when they leave us for one of our major clients, and we look forward to continuing our working relationship,” says Peter Winther, CEO.

Christian Fladeland takes up his posistion with Heimstaden on 16 January.
