EQT Partners Controls 58 percent of the Votes in Stendörren

Sweden — EQT Real Estate announces, through Stendörren Real Estate, the outcome of the public cash offer to the shareholders of Stendörren and extends the acceptance period.

EQT Real Estate controls 40.5 percent of the capital and 58.0 percent of the votes in Stendörren after the extended acceptance period in the bid for Stendörren.

The acceptance period is further extended until 8 February at 15.00.

The bid is SEK 100.25 per share. On Thursday, the share was traded for between SEK 100.50 and SEK 101.50.
