As Business Area Manager for Castellum in Helsinki, Henrik will be responsible for further establishing Castellum operations in the country, with a primary focus on building up a local organization in Helsinki and developing the Finnish portfolio.

Helsinki is a really exciting market, where we anticipate great growth potential. With Henrik in place, we can continue to grow and realize our ambition of expanding the portfolio in central Helsinki,” says Henrik Saxborn, Castellum's CEO.

Castellum first entered the Finnish real estate market in June, 2018, when the Salmisaarenaaukio 1 office building in the Ruoholahti business area was acquired from Skandia Fastigheter.                 

“I very much look forward to helping Castellum become established in the Finnish market. I’m hoping to provide expertise and experience from the Finnish real estate sector as well as my demonstrated skills in building up successful work units, driven by strong team spirit”, says Henrik Stadigh. 

Henrik Stadigh will assume his new duties on March 18, 2019.
