The property is a logistics building of 11 650 sqm, where more than 60 percent of the area is leased to Truck & Trailer Industry AS on a 15-year lease. Negotiations are ongoing on the lease of the remaining area in the building. The property is under construction and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
