"The confidence from Lundbergs to get to be involved in their continued development of Linköping feels both fun and inspiring," says Anders Bergeling, regional manager at Peab.

"The collaboration with Peab means that we can now take the next step in the process and we look forward to the construction start in May. The office property, LINK Business Center, together with the residential building, is one of Lundberg's largest investments and an investment that will add much to the development of Linköping and the region," says Daniel Johansson, project manager Fastighets AB L E Lundberg.

The project is being carried out as a turnkey contract with construction start in spring 2019 and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2021.
