The property is one of three buildings in the area with the DNB Group as tenants. The property encompasses 17,862 sqm.
“This purchase is a long term investment for the fund, in one of Oslo’s most attractive office areas. The fund also owns Vestbygget, encompassing 12,804 sqm. The properties give the fund a strategic position on the market that we think will have a positive development in the coming years” says Gro Boge, CEO at DNB Naeringseiendom, that manages DNB Liv’s and Scandinavian Property Fund’s properties.
DNB Scandinavian Property Fund recently carried through an emission in which they raised MNOK 420 (€ 47 M) from Norwegian institutional investors. The fund has so far this year raised NOK 1 billion (€ 111 M) from Norwegian investors outside of the DNB Group.
Committed capital for the fund is NOK 4.9 billion (€ 545 M).
