JM Entreprenad has agreed on the sale of the Gustavsberg 1: 523 property. The transaction amounts to SEK 60 million.

The property is located in the area Ekobacken in Gustavsberg in Värmdö municipality, about 20 km east of central Stockholm. 

The sale of the property is an important part of linking the Ekobacken area with the retail venue at Värmdö marknad. The detailed plan allows construction in trade, industry, warehouse and logistics.

"We intend to divest further planned industrial land in the area of ​​Ekobacken until 2021, and therefore look very positively to the planned construction on the now sold property," says Sören Bergström, CEO of JM Entreprenad.
