The background to the dispute is the agreements entered into with LU and Akademiska Hus Syd AB in June 2012 on, among other things, the lease of land and housing. In January 2019, LU terminated the agreement with Prime Living called a rental agreement for 200 residential apartments. The dismissal was made with immediate effect.

Prime Living disputes that there has been grounds for termination and will now contest the claim for rent reduction and damages. Prime Living also intends to submit counterclaim against LU for significant amounts.

Defenses with a sentencing hearing are expected to be filed with the District Court in September.
