The portfolio consists of eight properties, four in Jordbro, two in Rosersberg and two in Helsingborg, on which Sortera conducts operations consisting of sorting construction waste. In connection with the transaction, Sortera signs 20-year leases on all areas, amounting to approximately 62,500 square meters. The purchase price amounts to SEK 228 million net after deduction for deferred tax.
