Lysgården is approx. 12,000 sqm with 82 percent of the area leased. The office building combines Veidekke's operations in Trondheim and is otherwise leased to Sweco and DNV with long-term leases. Negotiations are in progress on leasing the remaining area in the building. The property was started in the fall of 2017 and completed in June 2019, and it is certified according to the BREEAM Excellent environmental standard. The buyer is Campus Sluppen AS, a project organized by Pareto Securities where R. Kjeldsberg AS is the largest owner.

The transaction will have a total profit effect for Veidekke Real Estate of NOK 40 million. The cash effect is approximately NOK 70 million. Settlement will take place in September, of which NOK 20 million will be recognized in the income statement in Q3 2019. Further results will appear as the rest of the area is leased.
