Scandinavian Property Group Acquires Centrally Located Oslo Property

Norway — Scandinavian Property Group (SPG) has acquired Hedmarksgata 13-15 in Oslo. The property today consists of a building of a total of 8,800 square meters with commercial operations where Sats is the largest tenant. Earlier this fall, a new detailed plan was adopted that gives the possibility of converting the property into housing. The adopted detailed plan allows for the creation of approximately 7,000 square meters of BOA.

The seller of Hedmarksgata 13-15 is Daimyo Eiendom AS.

SPG plans to build 90-95 apartments on the property. The housing to be offered in the project will be developed and adapted to several potential customer groups – from young first-time buyers to active adults. The project is planned for sales start in autumn 2020.

“With its soul and history, Kampen and Vålerenga have become very popular residential areas in recent years. This is something we want to preserve and further refine in our planned housing project on Hedmarksgata,” concludes Holte.
