Three of the properties are located in Skellefteå and one in each of Västerås, Haparanda and Mora. The occupancy rate is 96 percent and the average remaining term of the leases amounts to just over 3 years. Access was made during the first quarter of 2020, except for the property in Västerås, where access is expected to take place later in the current quarter.

NP3 Acquires in Four Cities

In four separate transactions, NP3 has acquired six properties, mainly with the purpose of industrial and logistics operations, for a property value of MSEK 169. The properties comprise a lettable area of 21,900 square meters with a plot of 57,000 square meters. The rental value amounts to SEK 17.9 million.
