Catella acted as an advisor to a private owner in the divestment of an office property in the address Laturinkuja 6 in the Vallikallio area in Espoo.
Catella also acted as an adviser to the owner during the zoning process in which the old office zoning plan was changed to residential use. The buyer of the property is a site fund and the construction works on the site will be carried out by Lehto Asunnot Oy.
The current office building, built in the 1980s, will be demolished and a residential building of approximately 3,000 square meters will be built in its place.
