The anchor tenant of the property is K-Supermarket grocery store, and other tenants include Isku, Elixia, Keittiömaailma and Apila health center. The centre will also accommodate cafes and restaurants.

The project has already started by demolishing an old retail property in the site. The new centre is due for completion in August 2021.
