Balder Danmark has recently acquired an attractive area of approximately 9,000 sqm in Helsingør's old hospital area. In a few years it will be transformed into a living area with room for all generations.

The project is called Ofeliahaven and will feature approximately 110 housing units divided over eight buildings.

The area is planned to be completed by 2022.
