Colliers has acted as advisor when the Swiss investment foundation AFIAA acquired its first property in Sweden. The property acquired, Cerberus 2, is a historic building located on Kornhamstorg 4 in the Old Town of Stockholm. The total area amounts to 1,645 sqm and the property is today fully let to a tenant and is mainly used as an office.

The seller is NFF Nordic AB.
