“We are very pleased that Olav Thon Eiendom has selected us as contractor for yet another major logistics project. The contract is a perfect fit in our strategy of developing, specialising in and constructing non-residential buildings under turnkey contracts. The building will have a gross area of approximately 23,000 sqm and will be constructed at Gardermoen in Ullensaker municipality. The entire property is 40 decares in size, and will be the largest logistics building for tyres and rims in Norway. Starco’s warehouses in eastern Norway will now be gathered in the new warehouse and logistics building at Gardermoen. The building will also accommodate the DekkTeam chain with new headquarters in the building, and the project also includes a tyre workshop.

Construction work starts in the autumn, and the project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2022.
