K-Fastigheter has acquired an ongoing construction project in Solrød Strand comprising of 32 apartments and 49 parking spaces, total lettable area amounts to 3,307 square meters.
“In Solrød Strand, about 30 km southwest of Copenhagen, a new residential area is being built, Trylleskov Strand. The area has a very attractive location with proximity to both beach and nature such as motorways and public transport to, for example, Copenhagen and Roskilde,” says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fastigheter.
“The Danish construction company Holm Huse is currently building the apartments we intend to buy. Since Holm Huse started its operations in 1965, their focus has been on building high-quality homes with high energy efficiency and great care for both the indoor environment and the surrounding residential area. Like K-Fastigheter, they were early on in developing industrial thinking in the construction industry. I look forward to being able to offer our tenants a high standard of living when the homes are ready in December 2021,” says Jacob Karlsson.
The purchase price is based on the underlying property value of DKK 91.4 million and the transaction is financed through existing cash balances. Lettable area amounts to a total of 3,307 square meters, with an annual rental value of approximately DKK 4.9 million after access.
