Tomas Coldor New Branch Manager at pbb:s Stockholm Office

Sweden — At the beginning of the year, Tomas Coldor took on his new position as Branch Manager at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank’s office in Stockholm. He is successor to Anders Tägt, who left the bank at the end of the year at his own request.

As Head of Real Estate Finance Nordics, Tomas Coldor is responsible for business in the Scandinavian countries.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has had an office in Stockholm since September 2012. From here and with a team of 8 staff, the bank provides services for local and international real estate investors throughout the Scandinavian market, with focus on Sweden and Finland. pbb's real estate finance portfolio in the Nordic countries amounts to approximately €1.7 bn.

Tomas Coldor (41) studied business / economics at university in Stockholm. In 2001, he began his career in the area of Corporate Finance at Tetra Laval. In 2006, he joined Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG, a predecessor of pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, and worked in Real Estate Finance in London.
Since 2013, Tomas, a Swedish citizen, has been active at the bank’s office in Stockholm and was heavily involved in the foundation of the Stockholm location.
