The Board will try to clarify whether the terms of a potential transaction with Castellum can be improved to a proposal that the Board can recommend," the Board writes and continues:

"If a clearly value - creating transaction were to be identified, with Castellum or another player, the Board will consider how such a transaction would best be structured and executed. This may involve alternative transaction models or a straight bid for Entra's shares."
