Stendörren Fastigheter has acquired, via a company, the property Västerås Hovmästaren 2 from Hygienteknik Sverige Holding AB.
The property is located in the district Långängarna and complements Stendörren's existing stock in Västerås well. The property value amounts to approximately SEK 102 million and the total lettable area amounts to 8,629 square meters.
The property is fully let to a tenant on a lease that runs until February 29, 2028.
