The old Coop Forum store will be rebuilt for Costco. Coop also operates the business in a completely new store with Systembolaget as a neighbor in the newly built parts of Arninge Station.

Herde Förvaltning has negotiated and leased all approximately 35,000 square meters of retail space in Arninge Station for the property owner.

"It is fantastic to be able to rent out 35,000 square meters of retail space during the difficult times we are in and it also shows what a strong trading place Arninge is," says Jan Björk, CEO of Trophi.

Arninge Station is part of the shopping center in Arninge, where a new travel center for trains and buses will open shortly with an internal direct access to Trophi's property. With a number of major and well-known brands in the retail trade as tenants, Costco's establishment is expected to further contribute to the attractiveness of the entire area.

"We are very happy that the deal with Costco is finally in port and that the properties are thus fully let. The store mix has already proven itself and we get strong signals from the tenants that Arninge has become just as good as we hoped for."

CBRE has been an advisor to Costco and has a continuing mission to establish Costco in more locations.
