The acquisitions relate to industrial and retail properties in Gävle, Piteå, Västerås and Borlänge with a lettable area of 21,230 square meters and a plot area of 87,257 square meters. The acquisitions contribute SEK 19.8 million to the company's rental value and have an occupancy rate of 96 percent. Access to the properties will take place during the second quarter of 2021.
As part of the company's continuous refinement of its property portfolio, five properties were sold primarily for office purposes in Borlänge, Orsa and Ovanåker to a value of SEK 120 million. The rental value of the sold properties amounts to SEK 12.9 million with a lettable area of 10,519 square meters.
