The property Almnäs 5:28 has a land area of 19,000 sqm, of which 14,000 sqm is reserved for a rental that PostNord has a 10 year lease on and 5,000 m2 is unexploited land with development rights for a little more than 2,000 sqm.
Peab is going to build the logistics facility, and divestiture of the completed construction is planned for the second quarter of 2022.
