NP3 is in negotiations on the acquisition of seventeen properties with a property value of SEK 1,293 million, primarily for the purpose of industrial and warehousing operations. The lettable area amounts to 135,000 square meters with a plot area amounting to 476,000 square meters. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 101 million. The occupancy rate is 93 percent and the average rental duration is 2.7 years.

There are no guarantees whether or not an acquisition agreement will be entered into. NP3 will publish the development of events regarding the acquisition as soon as further significant information is available.
