It will be SLP's third acquisition in Borås in a short time. The property is strategically close to highway 40 in the direction of Gothenburg. The building is equipped with modern technology and it receives part of its energy supply from solar cells within the property. The storage areas are equipped with LED lighting. This means that the property's profile is in good agreement with SLP's long-term sustainability goals.

The property's lettable area is approximately 9,000 sqm. In connection with the acquisition, a 12-year lease is entered into with Västsvensk Byggskruv, which is part of the same group as the seller of the property (sale and lease back).

“We once again have the confidence to carry out a sale and lease back deal with a stable tenant. This shows that we have great confidence in the tenant side and that we receive dividends for our habit of handling this type of business. Through the acquisition, we also continue our growth in Borås and complement our property portfolio with another attractive logistics facility in Borås,” says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
