Stendörren has acquired the warehouse property Björnerudveien 24, Oslo from a local property owner. The property will be Stendörren's second acquisition in the attractive Oslo region. The agreed property value amounts to NOK 101.7 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 109 million, and the total lettable area amounts to 4,819 square meters.
Access is expected to take place on April 1, 2022.
“We are very pleased to be able to carry out our second acquisition in the interesting Oslo region. The property has a very good location in the established industrial area Björnerud Näringspark, which is located only about 10 km south of central Oslo,” says Johan Malmberg, Investment and Business Development Manager for Stendörren.
