The transaction between K-Fast Holding Danmark A/S and TEBA Holding I-II ApS is a corporate transaction where the purchase price is based on an underlying property value of approximately DKK 83 million and a lettable area of approximately 11,000 square meters.

Pederstrup in Ballerup is an interesting and attractive area with proximity to community services, culture, and recreational areas. The property will be a good complement to our existing portfolio and our ongoing developments in the region,” says Magnus Persson, business development manager at K-Fastigheter.

K-Fastigheter will take possession of the property on 2 May 2022. There is a legally valid zoning plan with a granted building permit which allows construction to start already in 2022.
