Trophi Fastighets AB has acquired two retail properties in Stockholm with MatDax and Coop as tenants and made an additional acquisition at the Boländerna shopping center in Uppsala. The price for the three properties amounts to approximately SEK 100 million and the total lettable area is 2,400 square meters.
