Håvard Bjorå has more than 10 years’ experience in business development within data gathering and real estate analysis, as well as portfolio and market analysis for both Nordic and international real estate investors. Håvard joins from a position as Vice President of MSCI (formerly IPD), with business and client responsibilities across the Nordic region. He will assume his new Nordic role in September 2016. Håvard will also work with Cushman & Wakefield in Norway, as their new Head of Research.

- The Nordic region has increasingly become an investment market and we see a growing interest in cross-border investments. It is therefore crucial we can offer our clients consistent decision support across the region. We are very pleased with the recruitment of Håvard to Cushman & Wakefield. With his strong analytical background, including extensive investment strategies experience, he will be a great asset for our clients, says Agneta Jacobsson, Head of Sweden and the Nordics, Cushman & Wakefield.

- I look forward to, in my new position, develop and improve a coherent research platform across the national borders and will contribute to both existing client relationships, with specific Nordic focus, and to new relationships. Cushman & Wakefield's strong local presence in the Nordic countries, combined with extensive international network, creates the best possible environment for succeeding, says Håvard Bjorå.
