The property portfolio is fully rented and lies in the center of Västervik. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 34.05 million and the rental value amounts to approximately SEK 2.7 million. 91 percent of the income is derived from residential apartments. The properties will be managed by our existing organisation and complements KlaraBos 167 existing rental apartments in the city.
