Via agreement with Biuro Inwestycji Kapitalowych, Cinno Poland has leased the remaining 5,260 square meters in a new hall that will soon be ready as part of BIK Wroclaw II. 4,800 square meters will be set aside for production and storage. The remaining 460 square meters will be modern office space.

Together with Unico Logistics and JLI Trading Limited, all areas in the facility are now leased and completion of construction is planned for this quarter.

"This is an important milestone for NREP's investments in BIK S.A., and we are very pleased to be able to showcase Logicenter's strength by renting out new premises even before they are completed, even in new markets outside the Nordics", says Sören Rodian Olsen, Managing Director, Logicenters Poland.

The logistics facility is adjacent to the A4 motorway exit. It is an ideal location for a warehouse near the urban area of Wroclaw. In addition, the property offers excellent logistics to the rest of Poland and also the German market.

Last summer, Logicenters announced that the company is expanding outside the Nordics with a first establishment in Poland. The country is the fifth largest logistics real estate market in Europe and is also one of the fastest growing markets on the continent.
