"It is a central location in one of Helsingborg's next major development areas. We are very happy about the acquisition and to be able to participate in developing this area together with the city of Helsingborg," says Theodor Alexandris, market area manager, business area Bostad Sydväst, Riksbyggen.

"The acquisition gives us the opportunity to build a large number of new homes with a focus on sustainability. It will be a continuation of Riksbyggen's successful and long-term housing construction in Helsingborg," says Theodor Alexandris.

The property currently has around 20 tenants that Riksbyggen will manage for many years to come. Opposite Mimer 15, Riksbyggen has previously built the condominium associations Bonum Alba and Celsiana.

"Our plan is to build both regular condominium associations and Bonum senior housing in the upcoming projects. We see a continued strong demand for housing in Helsingborg and we want to be involved and contribute to the city's growth," says Theodor Alexandris.
