Before the summer, Stockholmshem announced that Anette Scheibe Lorentzi would take over as CEO from Anette Sand. Scheibe Lorentzi took office on the 3rd of October, but already on the 18th she left her position, this after she had instead been appointed deputy CEO of Stockholms Stadshus AB and assistant city manager in Stockholm.

Deputy CEO Olle Torefeldt has taken over as acting CEO of Stockholmshem.

"Anette Scheibe Lorentzi will leave her position as CEO of AB Stockholmshem on October 18, 2022. According to current legislation, work regulations, etc., the Deputy CEO fulfills the CEO's duties in AB Stockholmshem until further notice during the period of October 18, 2022 until a new CEO has appointed by the board and assumed office," reads Stockholmshem's board file regarding the decision.
