In the property and in the neighboring area a new detail plan is being formed to develop Gamlestaden to a new and modern district with a connection to the new junction by Gamlestaden´s Square.

Platzer Purchases Development Property in Gothenburg

Platzer, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, purchases Gamlestadens Fabriker in Gothenburg, with a total of 62,000 sqm leasable area, from Aberdeen. The purchase price amounts to MSEK 750 (€80M).
