Johanna Hult Rentsch has a degree in engineering and economics. She has extensive experience in leadership roles and business development within the property industry, with a focus on project development. She has worked internationally as well as nationally and most recently locally in Gothenburg. Johanna Hult Rentsch joins Platzer from the role of head of department for region West at NCC Property Development, where since 2014 she has been responsible for the development of project properties in the segments office, trade, logistics, hotels, rental housing and community properties. Previously, Johanna Hult Rentsch has, among other things, worked with property development in South-Eastern Europe for Inter Ikea Center Group and also ran her own business in project development. She is also a board member of the West Swedish Chamber of Commerce and has a great interest in and focus on the development of Gothenburg.

Johanna Hult Rentsch will take over as CEO during the summer, but no later than August 14, 2023. In order to ensure an orderly transition, the board and P-G Persson have agreed that P-G Persson will remain as CEO of Platzer until Johanna Hult Rentsch takes up her service.
