Nordic — A report from the Öresund Institute shows that more Swedish companies have sought to cross the strait to the Danish real estate market. In five years the number of Swedish real estate companies with a presence in Denmark has doubled in number and that many of those who have established themselves in the neighboring country intend to make more investments in the future. But the uncertainty in the economy means that several companies take the opportunity to consolidate in the coming year.
