Following NUMA's entry into the Norwegian market, two new NUMA properties are now actively operating in Oslo. Fredrik Berlin joins the NUMA team as an experienced expert in the Nordic market with an additional focus on Sweden, and Stockholm in particular. With his expertise, an increased focus on NUMA's expansion in the Nordic countries is planned for the next months.

Fredrik Berlin will be responsible for NUMA's growth in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. After completing his Master's degree in Real Estate Investment, Berlin started as an analyst at JLL, then became a project manager at Pangea Property Partners followed by a property developer at NCC. Prior to joining NUMA Group, he was Director of Real Estate Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities.

"We are very pleased to have Fredrik Berlin join NUMA Group as an experienced real estate professional. He will bring his extensive expertise to the entire Nordic market and has an excellent network, especially in Sweden. With Fredrik Berlin, NUMA is perfectly positioned for further expansion in the Nordic market, which is very attractive for us," says Dimitri Chandogin, President of NUMA Group.

"We want to grow to several hundred units in the Nordic countries in the coming months. Due to the high labor costs in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, the Nordic market is particularly attractive for NUMA's model of efficient digital solutions. We are intensively looking for more suitable properties in the trendy areas of the Nordic capitals," says Fredrik Berlin, NUMA Group's new Director Nordic Expansion

Shortly after entering the Norwegian market, NUMA can announce the opening of two more properties in Oslo. NUMA Topp is centrally located in Oslo, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Palace. The former West Hotel at Skovveien 15 was built in 1898. After adaptation to NUMA standards, it now has 33 apartment units. NUMA Hallen is a listed former post office located in the center of Oslo at Dronningens Gate 15, less than a 10-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, the Opera House, and Oslo Cathedral. At this location, NUMA guests will have access to 21 apartment units in an area of approximately 1,000 square meters. Both properties are now in operation via NUMA's own digital hospitality platform.
