The 41,600 sqm shopping centre is located in the expanding area of Häggvik in the municipality of Sollentuna outside Stockholm. Tenants include City Gross, Friskis & Svettis, Stadium, Clas Ohlson and H&M. There is significant development taking place in the area and positive talks have taken place with the municipality on how Stinsen can be integrated in the urban hub.
“We have held this asset in the fund since 2008 and now that we have completed the business plan this is the right time to sell.” commented Stefan Berg, Managing Director Nordics at CBRE Global Investors.

CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of the Nordic Property Fund, announces the sale of the Stinsen Shopping Centre, Häggvik, Stockholm. The shopping centre has been acquired by Magnolia together with Alecta. The transaction price is approximately MSEK 700 (EUR 71M).
