Storsala's strategy is to grow with projects in attractive locations close to large cities. The property in question is located in a safe and quiet area, with a direct connection to the Roslagsbanan. This creates good conditions for both management and development, which has been decisive for Storsala during the acquisition. In the general plan for Täby municipality, there are ambitions to strengthen the downtown area in the long term and to create a sustainable and varied residential environment.
