Ex Newsec veteran Miro Karttunen joins CapMan Real Estate as Head of Residential Property Management.

Miro Karttunen will be responsible for leading property management across CapMan’s Nordic core residential portfolio which currently comprises 108 properties and over 6,000 apartments in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. He is an experienced leader with a proven track record in the real estate industry. Most recently, he led Newsec’s Property Asset Management in Finland between 2017 and 2022.
