CBRE announced that Marcus Carlsson joined as Senior Director, Hotels. He will be based in Sweden. CBRE’s Nordic Hotels team is experiencing an increased demand for expert advice and guidance in the segment. Marcus Carlsson will focus on hotel development, operator search, and transactions. With Marcus joining, it will strengthen CBREs ambition to become the leading hotel advisor in Sweden and the Nordics.

Marcus Carlsson joins CBRE from his own business and before that he was previously CEO of Strawberry Properties. He also worked for several years in senior positions for Nordic Choice Hotels (now Strawberry Hotels).
